Shipping policy
Buyer pays all shipping costs. All items sold within the continental United States are shipped UPS ground. Because of the inconsistencies of size and weight of most of our products, all shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Upgraded shipping is also available at the buyer's expense. International shipments are available by quote and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All shipments are fully insured, professionally packed, and a signature is required for delivery confirmation. To prevent fraud, all shipments will be sent only to the billing address of the account used. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will do everything in our power to help you recoup your losses, but we cannot be held responsible for the actions of a shipping carrier. All shipping charges are non refundable.
